Combining Shipping

I understand sometimes you may rush to check out to get your preferred pair! If you place separate orders for earrings but would like for them to be shipped together, send an email saying so including your order numbers. The extra shipping fees charged will be refunded. If separate orders are placed for different items (such as prints, wall pieces, etc) they will not be combined and no shipping fees can be refunded.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days after purchase if the item is unworn and undamaged. If the item is damaged upon arrival, contact me immediately with images and we will find a resolution. Typically the item can be fixed and shipped back to you. Please keep in mind the materials used are delicate and can slightly vary in color. The images on this website are enhanced but are kept as close as possible to the real-life product. Colors may also vary depending on screens and devices.

If one of the earrings in a pair is lost, most of the time I am able to recreate it. Send an email through the contact page and an estimate for the replacement will be provided.

If an earring is damaged or broken after use, they can be fixed in most cases. Contact me with images at jess@ukaome.com and an estimate can be provided if the item can be fixed.
